How do I submit my child's artwork?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to upload your artwork. We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF files at 300 DPI or higher for the best print quality.
How long does production take?
Each product is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
